General contact form fields

Mirror the contact fields you already use so people know what to expect:

• First name / nickname
• Email address (encrypted preferred)
• Optional file upload (screenshots or context)
• Usernames (Reddit, Bluesky, Substack, TikTok) if relevant
• Message

For actual onboarding, direct people to Join so the vetting flow stays consistent.

Safety + response guidance

• Do not include legal names or sensitive personal details unless specifically requested.
• Use a privacy-conscious alias and encrypted email if possible.
• If we need follow-up during vetting, a Signal name may be required unless you are already known through prior community vetting.
• No account recovery is available if Matrix keys are lost — users should save their key backups.
